Every vendor we work with, every platform we recommend, and every subcontractor we engage becomes an extension of Quadjam Enterprises. That means our values don't stop at our front door — they extend to every relationship in our supply chain.
We evaluate our supply chain partners on four dimensions: ethics, sustainability, innovation, and value. Price is always a factor, but it is never the only factor.
Our Standards for Partners
● Ethical Labor Practices
We do not partner with organizations that exploit workers, engage in wage theft, or maintain unsafe working conditions. We ask vendors to affirm their compliance with applicable labor laws and our supplier code of conduct.
● Data Security Standards
Any vendor that handles client data on our behalf must meet or exceed our data security standards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and incident response protocols.
● Environmental Responsibility
We favor vendors who operate sustainably — particularly hosting and infrastructure partners who use renewable energy or carbon-offset programs.
● Diversity-Owned Businesses
We actively seek to grow our share of spend with minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses. We track this as a metric and report on it internally each year.
Innovation in How We Source
We challenge the assumption that established, big-name vendors are always the best choice. We regularly evaluate emerging technology providers, local vendors, and community-based suppliers who can deliver comparable or superior quality while also advancing our values.
This approach benefits our clients too — when we discover more innovative, cost-effective, or ethically superior tools through our own supply chain research, those insights flow into the recommendations we make for client infrastructure.
