Quadjam Values
Environment
We operate responsibly and make choices that reduce our environmental footprint — for this generation and the next.
Our Environmental Responsibility
As a technology services firm, the majority of our environmental impact comes from the energy consumed by our digital infrastructure — servers, networking equipment, and office systems. We take this seriously and continuously look for ways to reduce that impact while maintaining the performance our clients expect.
What We're Doing
Green Hosting Partners
We partner with hosting and data center providers that operate on renewable energy or carbon-neutral infrastructure. Our Qdhosts division evaluates environmental credentials as part of its vendor selection process.
Paperless Operations
Quadjam runs nearly paperless. Contracts, invoices, proposals, and internal documents are managed digitally. When print is unavoidable, we use recycled materials and print only what is necessary.
Remote-First Work Model
Our virtual assistant and helpdesk teams work remotely, eliminating daily commutes for a significant portion of our workforce. This reduces transportation emissions and reduces the office footprint we need to maintain.
Efficient Code Practices
Bloated websites consume more server energy and more user device energy. We write lean, efficient code and optimize assets — resulting in faster websites that consume less power at every point in the delivery chain.
Helping Clients Go Green
We advise our clients on environmentally responsible technology choices — from selecting hosting providers with green credentials, to implementing document management systems that eliminate unnecessary paper, to migrating from on-premise servers to energy-efficient cloud infrastructure.
Every project is an opportunity to make a more sustainable choice. We make sure our clients understand those options.
Our Commitment Going Forward
We are committed to continuously evaluating and improving the environmental impact of our operations. We will be transparent about our progress and honest about areas where we still have work to do. Sustainability is a direction, not a destination — and we are committed to moving in the right one.
