Quadjam Values
Inclusion & Diversity
We are stronger when we reflect the full range of people we serve. Diversity of thought, background, and experience makes every outcome better.
Our Position
Quadjam Enterprises Inc. is committed to building and maintaining a workforce that is inclusive, equitable, and diverse. We believe that businesses thrive when the people behind them represent the full breadth of human experience — across race, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, and socioeconomic background.
This is not a policy statement we dust off once a year. It is a standard we hold ourselves to in every hiring decision, every contract, and every team conversation.
In Our Hiring
- ✓Job descriptions are reviewed to remove language that unintentionally discourages qualified candidates from underrepresented groups
- ✓We recruit through channels that reach diverse candidate pools, including historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and community-based workforce programs in the Philadelphia region
- ✓Hiring decisions are based on demonstrated skills and potential, not pedigree or network connections
- ✓We offer flexible and remote working arrangements that open opportunities for caregivers, people with disabilities, and those outside traditional commuting distance of our offices
In Our Culture
Inclusion means that every team member has a voice, their perspective is genuinely considered, and they can bring their full self to work. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Any team member, contractor, or client who experiences or witnesses discriminatory behavior is encouraged to report it immediately — and will be protected from retaliation for doing so.
We invest in ongoing education for our team on topics of equity, allyship, and inclusive communication — because these are skills that must be practiced, not just stated.
With Our Clients and Vendors
We actively seek to partner with minority-owned, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises (MBE/WBE/DBE) when selecting vendors and subcontractors. We believe that investing in diverse supply chains creates stronger communities and better long-term outcomes for everyone.
We also design our client-facing products and services to be accessible and welcoming to users of all backgrounds — because technology that only works for some people is technology that has failed at its core job.
Accountability
We hold ourselves accountable by reviewing our workforce composition, pay equity, and promotion patterns regularly. Where we identify gaps, we act. We are not perfect, but we are committed to honest progress over comfortable appearance.
