About Quadjam
Ethics & Compliance
Doing the right thing is not a competitive advantage — it is the minimum standard we hold ourselves to every day.
Our Code of Conduct
Quadjam Enterprises Inc. operates according to a clear code of conduct that applies to every member of our team, every vendor we work with, and every client engagement we undertake. This code is not aspirational — it is the actual standard we enforce.
Honesty and Transparency
We tell clients the truth — about timelines, about capabilities, about costs, and about challenges. We do not overpromise and underdeliver. If a project is going to be late, we say so before the deadline arrives. If a technology is not the right fit for a client's needs, we say so even if it costs us the sale.
Our pricing is transparent. We do not have hidden fees, and we do not change scope without client approval and written documentation of the change.
Conflicts of Interest
Team members are required to disclose any personal or financial relationships that could create a conflict of interest with a client or vendor relationship. Disclosed conflicts are reviewed and managed appropriately. Undisclosed conflicts are grounds for termination.
We do not accept gifts or payments from vendors in exchange for recommendations. Our technology recommendations to clients are based on what best serves the client's interests, not what generates the most revenue for Quadjam.
Client Data and Confidentiality
We treat everything a client shares with us — business plans, financial information, customer data, proprietary processes — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver contracted services, and only under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
Client data is never used for our own marketing, research, or commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Quadjam does not engage in bribery, kickbacks, or corrupt practices of any kind — with government officials, private parties, or anyone else. This applies to our operations in Pennsylvania and to any business we conduct in other jurisdictions. Any team member who is asked to participate in such conduct should report it immediately and will be fully protected in doing so.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable federal, Pennsylvania state, and local laws governing our business, including:
- Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (anti-discrimination)
- Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law
- Federal and state data privacy requirements
- FTC regulations on advertising and marketing
- CAN-SPAM Act for email communications
- ADA requirements for web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
We review our compliance obligations regularly and update our practices as laws change.
Reporting Concerns
If you are a team member, contractor, client, or vendor who has witnessed or experienced conduct that appears to violate our ethics standards, we want to know. Reports can be made to leadership directly.
We have a strict non-retaliation policy. Anyone who reports a concern in good faith is protected from adverse action, regardless of the outcome of any investigation.
