Quadjam Values

Racial Equity & Justice

We stand against racism in all its forms — in our workplace, in the technology industry, and in the communities we serve.

Where We Stand

Quadjam Enterprises Inc. unequivocally opposes racism, racial discrimination, and racial injustice. We acknowledge that systemic racism is real and that the technology industry — like many others — has historically excluded and underserved Black, Indigenous, and other people of color. We are committed to being part of the change that corrects this.

This commitment is not conditional on political climate or public pressure. It is a permanent value of this organization.

What This Means in Practice

Equitable Hiring and Advancement

We actively work to identify and eliminate bias from our hiring, performance review, and promotion processes. We track our workforce demographics and take concrete steps when disparities are identified.

Supporting Black-Owned Businesses

We prioritize partnerships with Black-owned vendors, subcontractors, and service providers. We also offer discounted rates for Black-owned small businesses in the Philadelphia region through our community access program — contact us to learn more.

Community Investment

Quadjam invests in digital equity initiatives in underserved communities in the greater Philadelphia area, including technology workshops, donated web development services for nonprofits, and mentorship programs for young people of color pursuing technology careers.

Internal Education

Our team participates in ongoing training on racial equity, anti-racism, allyship, and the history of systemic discrimination in the United States. We believe understanding the problem is a prerequisite for being part of the solution.

Zero Tolerance for Racism

Racist behavior, language, or attitudes from team members, contractors, or clients will result in immediate termination of our relationship. There are no exceptions.

Our Founders' Perspective

Quadjam was founded with the explicit intention of building a company where people who look like our founders — people of color from the Philadelphia community — could build meaningful careers in technology. That founding purpose remains at the center of everything we do.

We know that words are easy. We invite you to hold us accountable to these commitments — as our clients, our partners, and our neighbors.

Report a Concern

If you have experienced or witnessed racially discriminatory behavior in connection with Quadjam Enterprises, please contact us. All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with discretion.
