Chief Operations Officer

Quadjam Enterprises Inc.

Oversees day-to-day operations across all divisions, vendor relationships, quality standards, and client service delivery. Ensures that every engagement meets Quadjam's standards for quality and responsiveness.

Head of Web Development

Qwoffices Division

Leads the web design, development, and maintenance team. Responsible for technical standards, project delivery, and client satisfaction across all development engagements.

Head of Hosting & Infrastructure

Qdhosts Division

Manages server infrastructure, uptime standards, security protocols, and hosting account relationships for all clients on the Qdhosts platform.

Head of Virtual Services

Virtual Assistants & Helpdesk

Oversees the virtual assistant and helpdesk teams. Responsible for staffing, training, quality control, and client satisfaction across all remote service engagements.

Head of Communications

QT Voice Division

Leads VoIP implementation, telephony infrastructure, and ongoing technical support for business phone system clients.

Head of Creative Services

Print Design Division

Leads branding, graphic design, and print production. Oversees creative quality, vendor relationships with print partners, and on-time delivery of design projects.

Head of Publishing

Quadjam Publishing

Oversees the publishing division including author onboarding, manuscript editing, cover design coordination, ISBN registration, and distribution to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and direct sales channels.
