This is accomplished by quickly resolving issues our clients call in about, or submit tickets for, and monitoring their networks through tools/software to help prevent problems before they occur.

We can also work autonomously with the support of fellow remote IT teams that are spread across multiple locations. In such a role as this, there could be a variety of responsibilities with a heavy emphasis on Desktops and Network Support.

We also have Onsite Technical experience in resolving complex client issues. We possess technical knowledge, specifically related to IT Environments, problem solving skills, and experience in a help desk & field environment providing remote and on-site technical support to clients. We can provide support for clients across all product lines, hardware and software.

We offer a high level of customer service and communication skills.

- Customer Service to us is the most important skill you can bring to the table. The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with end users, third party vendors in a tech environment or a team of remote Help Desk Technicians.

- Standard Business Software (MS Office, Interoffice Messengers, etc.)

- Standard Business Tools (E-Mail, Secure E-Mail, Faxing, Digital Faxing, Phone Systems)

- Practice Management Software (and other Dental Specific Software)

- Imaging Editing Software (Adobe).

We understand that individuals may not possess all the skills required. But we are prepared to train those who possess the willingness to learn.
